I have struggled with an autoimmune disease, PTSD and anxiety for over a

decade. I only wish I could have started my work with Tomoko sooner!

My sessions with her are deeply restorative for my mind, body, and spirit. I have

felt relief for my discomfort during each session and for days after.

I know part of why I can heal during my sessions with Tomoko is the sacred, safe

space she creates. In my daily life, I struggle tremendously to relax. The use of

sound during the session allows my body to relax to receive the hands-on healing.  that I need. I find my sessions with Tomoko to be very essential part of my healing journey.

Tomoko’s Energy Healing session is a most extraordinary experience! I did energy work with Tomoko with intentions of getting myself in a good mindset to start off my first solo trip - but what I experienced from Tomoko was beyond what I had imagined or expected. At first I was actually a bit sceptical but open to the experience and to my surprise - I began feeling transported throughout the session feeling weight put on and taken off my body and emotions that I wasn't sure as to why I was feeling that way. I felt relaxed and had vivid visions of myself in various bodies of water and colours. It sounds crazy to say but Tomoko really brought these things out of me and went through my experience with my afterward and tried to deconstruct what i had felt and saw which was truly insightful.
